Both ponies and horses are available to suit the individual rider. All riders are catered for, from complete novices to the most experienced. We also cater for riding for the disabled - further information on request. |

Riding is in Mortimer Forest with instruction. No Road Work. Riding hats are provided. Rides can be one hour, one and a half hours or two hours long. Prices: Advance booking only (01584 872026). 24 hours notice of cancellation or full fee payable. Riding holidays for children between the ages of 8 and 18 are offered during the school holidays. Accommodation is in the farm house with the family. All meals are provided. Complete beginners as well as experienced riders are welcome. At least three hours riding under instruction is provided each day, plus practical experience in grooming, tacking up and stable management. Children are under adult supervision at all times. Riding hats are provided. If time allows there are trips into Ludlow for swimming, shopping and sightseeing. There is a comfortable sitting room, with television, videos, dvd's and games, to relax in after a busy day with the horses and ponies. Please bring with you:
CAMPING FACILITIES for SCHOOL PARTIES and ALL GROUPS School camps can be accommodated in the field adjoining North Farm. Instruction in grooming, tacking up and stable management; including 1 hours instructional riding available each day. There are local facilities for environmental studies and other study activities, plus recreational facilities in and around Ludlow.
Rate on request BY RAIL: Ludlow is reached from London (Paddington) via Newport, Monmouthshire. Rail services also connect to Shrewsbury and the North and the Midlands; and to South Wales and the South West. BY BUS: Bus services run to Birmingham and Shrewsbury; and to Hereford connecting with the coach service to London (Victoria Coach Station).
