Our seasonal camp site holds an unrivalled position overlooking the beautiful, historic market town of Ludlow and its impressive Norman castle. This small, friendly, quiet farm site has 11 level grass standings with electric hook up with extra space on the slope for tents. Picturesque views of the surrounding South Shropshire hills.

Park and river, 1 mile.
Swimming pool and leisure centre, 2 miles.
Train, 1.8 miles and bus, 1.5 miles.

TENTS, TOURING CARAVANS AND MOTOR HOMES - all welcome.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times and walked off-site.

N.B. exception to the rule: bookings are taken on the slope for the very popular festivals, which take place throughout the year. Minimum stays will apply, please enquire.

Booking is essential for both level and sloped pitches as the camp site will be full and you will not get on site without prior booking.

Deposit amount: £100.00 per week or full amount whichever is less. Payment via bank transfer, details available upon confirmation of booking. Confirmation of receipt will be sent by email. Payment in full is due on arrival.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS AND DATES NOT TRANSFERABLE.

ARRIVAL TIMES:
The office will be open from 2pm to welcome new arrivals.  Early arrivals cannot be guaranteed. Applicable charges will apply.
As a curtesy to other campers - No new arrivals after 9 pm.


DEPARTURE TIMES:
Pitches should be vacated by 11 am on departure day. Late departures up to 5pm by prior arrangement only. Showers included. Applicable charges will apply.

Deer abound in Mortimer Forest
SITUATION

Ludlow is a medieval town containing many interesting and ancient buildings, including the Norman castle, the 15th century Parish Church, the nearby Readers House, the famous half-timbered Feathers Hotel and the Portcullis gatehouse in the wall of the old town. Ludlow has ample restaurants, pubs and cafe's to suit all pockets and palates. Guided town walks available Easter to October. Nearest pub (1. mile). The Linney recreation ground which runs along side the River Teme with a seasonal boating and putting area (1.2 miles). The towns Leisure Centre and swimming pool are (2. miles) and Mortimer Forest next door!

HOW TO GET TO NORTH FARM


BY RAIL: Ludlow is reached from London (Paddington) via Newport, Monmouthshire. Rail services also connect to Shrewsbury and the North and the Midlands; and to South Wales and the South West.


BY BUS: Bus services run to Birmingham and Shrewsbury; and to Hereford connecting with the coach service to London (Victoria Coach Station).
